40 students and faculty from NIFT Bhopal, led by Mohamed Imran, visited the Sironj Weavers Collection Cluster as part of an academic exposure trip. The visit offered hands-on insights into traditional handloom weaving, indigenous techniques, and grassroots cluster development. Students engaged with local artisans and explored branding efforts under the Sironj initiative. This meaningful exchange fostered future collaboration opportunities, blending contemporary design with heritage crafts to support sustainable livelihoods and cultural preservation.
