As part of the LEDP project, and with financial assistance from NABARD, CIDA organized a two-day Marketing Skills Training at the Sironj Common Facility Centre for 60 SHG women, focusing on branding, promotion, and customer engagement. Through interactive sessions, participants learned how to build a distinct identity for the Sironj Weavers Collection and explored strategies for expanding reach into local and urban markets. Practical demonstrations and group exercises empowered women with tools to communicate their brand story, strengthening both individual confidence and collective enterprise growth.
