Under the LEDP project, with financial support from NABARD, CIDA facilitated the successful completion of advanced weaving training for the second batch of 30 SHG women in Sironj. The programme focused on new designs, technical mastery, and confidence in loom handling. Women explored opportunities to connect their skills with markets and build independent production units. By blending skill enhancement with enterprise thinking, the training prepared participants not only to weave high-quality products but also to envision themselves as leaders in building a sustainable handloom economy.
